Mother’s Day Breakfast

When Bev got up Sunday morning, I wished her a happy Mothers Day and asked if she’d like me to fix her a special breakfast. Her reply – “I already have something I plan to make.” Ok says I and off she goes to the kitchen with this result.

Fried potatoes, red onion and red sweet pepper, topped with cheddar cheese and a fried egg then sided with cottage cheese and grape tomatoes and a couple of pear slices.

She fixed me (us) one of our favorites for Mothers Day - any wonder I love being married to this woman - I am so spoiled, but she did make me clean up.

Hope you have a great day and thanks for stopping by.

  1. Beautiful breakfast - kudos to Bev! I love cottage cheese and tomatoes.

  2. I love Bev's breakfast. I'm a big cottage cheese fan.

  3. There are so many good flavors going on on that plate. What a yummy start to the day.

  4. What a delicious breakfast, Larry... You have a wonderful wife for sure!!!!!

Hope you had a great week. Did you all ever get to Serenity Falls? Hope you can get there sometime.

  5. Now that's a serious breakfast! Good thing she got you cleaning up before 3:00 PM ;-)

  6. nice breakfast! I don't often cook eggs. My dearly beloved will clean up if none of the college kids are home, and make the little boys help, and if the big kids are home, they do the cleanup - or face the wrath of Dad!

  7. What are you going to do for an encore for Father's Day, mow the lawn? LOL.

It was great getting to finally meet Bev Friday! Looking forward to the get together!
