It was barely edible but I managed to choke it down. I've gotten a lot of blogging mileage from this sausage experience and I look forward to the next one which will likely be chorizo or Texas hot links, or both.
Our St Patrick's Day meal was good, but it's the corned beef leftover meals I really like, such as this one.
Have a good one.
Larry
Can't wait to see the chorizo post!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Pam.. can't wait for the chorizo!!
ReplyDeleteI love your breakfast sandwiches... they make me wish I made more time in the morning for breakfast!!
I'm so envious when I see your breakfast sandwiches, Larry. It makes my grapefruit juice seem pitiful. I join the others who are waiting for the chorizo post. I can't wait to see how its done. Have a great day. Blessings...Mary
ReplyDeleteLarry, Both meals look great! I'd have a hard time deciding which one I'd want first. The sausage and egg sandwich...maybe! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
ReplyDeleteSince I've never made it, I can't wait to see how the chorizo is done myself :-)
ReplyDeleteYum.... The first one looked good, but that second picture made my mouth water. I love runny (over light) eggs.... YUM....

That bottom photo is a nice shot Larry. Not to mention I'd love to have that plate in front of me right now! Look forward to the chorizo adventure.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to your chorizo post. I made one version so far but it was not your traditional chorizo.
