Our rally was held at Bluewater RV Resort And Marina which sits on the Richland Creek embayment of Chickamauga Lake and a couple miles east of Dayton, TN.
It bills itself as a resort but I would call it a high end RV Park which is the middle of my three classifications – campground, RV park, RV resort. This is a resort site in FL.
They also have a building that houses the check-in desk, the store, bathrooms, and the pavilion. All of the structures were very nice and seemed pretty new.
The resort was originally a fish camp so it is complete with a boat ramp and several boat docks.
This is most of our group's sites.
The power, water and sewer all worked well but a water pressure
regulator was required. We also used
their cable which worked well and my only disappointment was the wi-fi which
didn’t always work and dropped me many times per day for a couple of days.
While there wasn’t a lot to do in the Dayton area, I think it is a
great place for folks who want to use the lake.
And following the calamities that occurred prior to our trip, our RV performed as it should - what a relief.

Have a great day and thanks for
stopping by Almost Heaven South.

ReplyDeleteHi Larry, We just returned from a family related road trip so I'm catching up... Sounds like a successful RV Meet...especially the part where nothing broke down or broke down re: your RV. Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
