Coco Finally Gets In The Playpen

Coco has been actively wanting to get into the ferret playpen and it's a hoot to watch her.

Madison finally decided to see how it would go if Coco was allowed in the play pen and it went fine.  She chased them from one hiding place to another and when she caught one she was gentler.

The ferrets were obviously enjoying it and baiting her and Roscoe even caught her a time or two.

Be sure and click on the above shot.  Following is the ferret estate in Madison’s room.

I'm now responding to your comments and hoping you will stop back by - photos best if enlarged by clicking on them.

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by Almost Heaven South.

  5. Looks like you all have some 'in-home' entertainment... I could watch them 'playing' for hours and hours---like I do while watching my birds.... ha

    Have a wonderful weekend.

  6. This is hours and hours of entertainment! Who needs TV or cable. I think my jack russells would play too rough :) They are possum killers you know!

  7. Larry, It's a good thing that the ferrets have each other...and now Coco to play with. They can wear each other out and they may get into less trouble as a result! We may have to get another roomy for our cat, J.D. He's a pain in the butt...very needy and demanding. Perhaps after the holidays, we'll add another member to our family. Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

  12. Their cage is the exact same one that we have for our chinchillas. I guess that would make sense, since the brand name is "Ferret Nation". They look like they were having fun, almost teasing the Coco.
