I’ve mentioned earlier that Bev and Pat are in St. Marten and oddly most of the pics she sends me look like these.
I had some asparagus left over from the Albacore Tuna And Fresh Asparagus meal then a couple of days later I ate snow crab clusters (no post about them) and had some crab infused butter left, with small pieces of crab. So I opted to marry the two of them and decided the best way to incorporate all of the butter was to make a scramble for breakfast.
I melted the butter and chopped the asparagus into smaller pieces
then heated the asparagus to get it warm.
Then it was add the eggs and scramble to desired doneness – as you can tell, pretty wet for me.
The Verdict:
It was delicious but I didn’t think until I was about
finished eating that I should have added some fresh grated Parmesan – my mind isn’t
what it used to be. I love asparagus
season.

Have a
great day and thanks for stopping by Almost Heaven South.

Bev and Pat must be having a fantastic time from seeing their pictures. It always amazes me that you are so creative with cooking. I can barely work up the enthusiasm to put together a salad. I love to read about your creations but that doesn't translate into anything happening at my house.
ReplyDeleteThe scenery is absolutely stunning in St. Marten. And love that omelette.
ReplyDeleteHi Larry, Great looking beverages...Laurie would love them too. As for your breakfast, this once again proves that you are the "Breakfast Master Innovator". Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to see Bev is staying well-hydrated while traveling! :) Your scramble looks so tasty.
