Thanksgiving Day Breakfast

Bev  made a meal for me the other day and I didn’t get a shot of it, so I asked her to make a similar one to start our Thanksgiving day. We had some left over hash browns from the previous day and still had a little piece of smoked pork tenderloin so this was what she turned out.

Needless to say, I didn’t have to eat again until our evening feast.

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.

  1. I know I keep threatening too, and seriously, one of these days I'm going to show up for breakfast!

  2. What a great way to start a hectic and busy day. Confess I'd only manage 1 egg and 1 slice of the pork but, oh Bev, it looks delicious. I could manage "seconds" a few hours later! :o)

  5. We do almost the same thing, Larry.. We have a big breakfast on both Thanksgiving and Christmas --and then have our big meals in the late afternoon. Your breakfast looked yummy.. Bet that plate was clean when you finished!!!!

    Have a good Saturday.

  7. What are your techniques for smoking pork tenderloin? The are small and lean so I have not tried smoking them for fear they'd dry out.

Do you do a higher cooking temp?
