You fry up a couple of over-very-easy eggs – bet that surprised you – nuke the biscuit and pork, put the pork in the toaster oven for a few minutes to crisp the crust and dig in. In this case, dig in meant dunking the biscuit in the yolk as dippy eggs.
Mighty fine eats if I do say so myself.

Great picture Larry... I also love my fried eggs over VERY easy... I love the dippin' part of the egg... YUM!!!! AND---we enjoy leftovers also. It's fun to see how creative we can be when we have leftovers.

Sometimes we have some leftovers, but only when there's been a mass college exodus, and I haven't mentally cut the pounds of food I cook. Then, of course, it's all eaten at lunch the next day. I never get a fancy breakfast like yours!

We get one every once in a while in Colorado, always a treat to see. Now, for that illusive rare bird in the last photo...a Tenessee species of some sort. :-)
