I love them---but glad we don't have one in our yard.

We got the storm also last night --and ended up with 2.2 inches!!!! We needed the rain SO much!!! No damage around here that I know of...

Glad you didn't have more damage than you did.
BetsyBetsy Banks Adamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16223591156634767330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-511932079074193335.post-41662536668868885402010-07-29T13:00:43.340-04:002010-07-29T13:00:43.340-04:00When we lived in Maryville, we parked our Cadillac...When we lived in Maryville, we parked our Cadillacs outside, under a tree. Usually I backed in and hubby drove in, so our driver's doors were right next to each other and he could help me get the kids out of the car. Well, you guessed it; a storm just like that came through, and took the tree down right between the cars. Crushed in the driver's doors of both Caddys. Fortunately, we were friendly with a manager at Shoney's who did body work, so he fixed them for not too awful much. So you are lucky Bev saved the day indeed!Marjiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14950085029835332900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-511932079074193335.post-43400905000772832882010-07-29T12:57:10.939-04:002010-07-29T12:57:10.939-04:00She did save the day for that one.She did save the day for that one.Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14861482393432330011noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-511932079074193335.post-54553249455889887182010-07-29T11:22:15.993-04:002010-07-29T11:22:15.993-04:00omg! When I saw that first photo, I was prepared for a much worse story...it's a growing up in tornado alley reaction.

Way to go Bev!Lea Annhttp://www.highlandsranchfoodie.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
