I did go to the website. If I had only known when we sold all of my dad's farm equipment. :-) I love, love, love fresh sweet corn and totally agree about the short cooking time. I microwave it in waxed paper only for 60 seconds. I've never fried corn, but you know I will now. Thanks to Bev for the idea. Sure wish we had fresh veggies. It will be a couple more weeks before any Colorado crops arrive at our Farmer's Market. And that shrimp looks so good Larry.
