I didn’t know if I’d have anything to write about today – mowed the grass, picked the garden, blah, blah, blah, but dinner turned out really good. I had bought a whole pork loin last time they were on sale and cut up part of it into nice chops. We marinated them in Italian dressing then sprinkled with Wolfe Citrus rub. Sided it with some grilled fresh-from-the-garden veggies, and lettuce wedge with bleu cheese dressing. Just got the dressing recipe from chef Chez today and it is very good – made it with Maytag Bleu Cheese.
